By placing a deposit with WeKay Poodles, you agree to the following....

BALANCE IS DUE WHEN THE PUPPY IS PICKED UP.  CASH IS PREFERRED.

A $200 deposit is required to hold your choosing spot on our deposit list.  We keep a Miniature Poodle list and a Standard Poodle list.  We don't keep lists for individual moms.  Once puppies are born, I go down the list one at a time and ask if you will be picking or passing ... to know what is available or not.  I do NOT require anyone to choose their puppy until 5 weeks of age but you can if you want to when it is your turn.

Deposit refunds:

~If you back out before puppies are born, you will recieve 1/2 of your deposit back.

~If you back out after you have chosen a puppy, no refund is given.

~If the particular sex/color you wanted ends up not being born or is not available after everyone chooses, you can either get a full refund or you may move to the next litter.

Deposits are preferred to be done through an online payment system...
